Position Overview We are seeking a proactive and driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to support commercial growth by generating leads, qualifying prospects, and engaging potential customers in the early stages of the sales cycle. This role is critical in building a strong pipeline and enabling senior sales teams to focus on closing deals. Key Responsibilities Identify and generate new business opportunities through outbound and inbound channels. Conduct initial outreach and discovery calls to qualify leads. Maintain accurate records in CRM and ensure pipeline visibility. Collaborate with sales and marketing to align messaging and campaigns. Nurture early‑stage prospects until they are ready for handoff to senior sales. Skills, Knowledge and Experience 1–3 years of experience in sales, lead generation, or customer engagement. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Familiarity with CRM tools and sales engagement platforms. Self‑motivated, organized, and results oriented.
