With our unique ad delivery technology, we help leading brands deliver their message to their target audiences in real time, personalised across the entire digital customer journey. To do this, we need talented individuals from different areas to work together to create synergies - we currently have around 90 employees and counting - what we need is YOU We are looking for a skilled Graphic Designer with experience in Motion Design to join our remote team from South Africa. You should have at least 1-2 years of experience in designing advertising projects, ideally in digital advertising or online marketing, either in an agency or on the advertiser’s side. Excellent English skills are essential to collaborate effectively in our international team. Tasks Development of advertising/marketing concepts for specific target groups with innovative ideas Design and implementation of video ads using sophisticated animations with programs like After Effects Creation of HTML5 display ads with Google Web Designer Design of other advertising materials with tools evolving in the market Working closely with the whole team to achieve a common understanding of our clients' objectives Requirements You understand the advertising industry/online marketing and already have experience in this field (previous jobs in digital company, online marketing, marketing agency, media agency) You have a university degree in design or a similar course of study You are an expert in Adobe After Effects, with strong proficiency across the Adobe Creative Cloud suite, including Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere Pro, and Illustrator. Preferable: Experience with Google Web Designer or HTML5, CSS, JS Preferable: Experience using prototyping tools such as Figma to create interactive design mockups Result-oriented mentality with excellent time management skills and the ability to work in a fast paced environment You bring a structured and organized approach to your work You are a quick learner who thrives in an agile environment Benefits 100 % remote working Competitive salary Personal growth in a young and innovative company A very nice remote team in South Africa and in Germany that will support you and will make you feel part of a team even if you are on remote working Regular digital calls with your team, online events and the opportunity to meet up in person with colleagues from South Africa.
