Requirements
  • 1 - 2 Years' experience in preparing work to be estimated by gathering proposals, blueprints, specifications, and related documents.
  • Experience in identifying labour, material, and time requirements by studying proposals, blueprints, and related documents.
  • Experience within industrial ceramic products advantageous.
  • Computer literate on MS Office and Google Mail.
  • A high level of numeracy with good attention to detail. Familiarity with data analysis and reporting.
  • Valid drivers license.
Duties

  • Determine costs by analysing labour, material, and time requirements.
  • Resolves discrepancies by collecting and analysing information.
  • Presents prepared estimate by assembling and displaying numerical and descriptive information.
  • Provide statistics on quotes done per month and success rate.
  • Ensure that the customer receives a proper quotation to place an order.
  • Contact customers for technical information as needed for quoting purposes.
  • Market intelligence.
  • Assist in project planning.
  • Assist with NetSuite data capturing, generate an order acknowledgement.
  • Assist in invoicing and delivery notes for dispatch.
