Salesforce Developer – Hybrid in CT or JHB We are representing a leading Salesforce consulting partner in South Africa. They are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer to join their hybrid teams in either Johannesburg or Cape Town. Why This Opportunity is for You Work on High-Impact Projects – You will gain exposure to the most challenging and significant Salesforce projects available in South Africa, solving complex problems for top-tier clients. Continuous Certification Support – You will receive financial backing and dedicated colleague support to study for and obtain additional Salesforce certifications, building your expertise and value. What You Will Be Doing Designing and building high-quality, scalable solutions on the Salesforce platform using both declarative and programmatic tools. Developing custom code with Apex, and building modern user interfaces with Lightning Web Components (LWC). Configuring and managing integrations with third-party systems using Salesforce APIs. Collaborating with technical architects and functional consultants to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions. Participating in the full development lifecycle, including testing, deployment, and support. What You Will Bring A minimum of 3 years of hands‑on experience as a Salesforce Developer. At least one active Salesforce Developer certification ('Platform Developer I'). Strong proficiency in Apex, LWC, and SOQL. Experience with Salesforce APIs and integration patterns. A collaborative mindset and a passion for solving complex problems. Advantageous Experience with Financial Services Cloud (FSC) or any Salesforce Architect certifications.
