THE ROLE As Senior Business Analyst, you'll join the IT Solutions team, where you will design and deliver end-to-end solutions that support the business's investment operations and strategic growth. You’ll be responsible for solution design, process optimisation, and data-driven decision-making. This includes gathering and defining business requirements, developing functional and technical specifications, analysing and testing systems, and contributing to enhancements across key asset management systems. With a strong focus on data, systems, and process efficiency, you’ll identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve how technology is leveraged. A vital part of your role will be working hands‑on with technical teams to enhance business applications and continuously implement improvements to ensure solutions align with business needs.
