Joubert & Associates (Pty) Ltd currently has an exciting career opportunity for a dynamic and energetic HR Graduate to join their well-established firm of HR Practitioners as from the 6th of January 2025 .

The successful incumbent will be appointed as an HR Consultant and will deliver professional HR services to various clients (Western Cape and nationally). Key performance areas will include the following:

  • Organisational Development
  • Talent Management
  • Labour Relations
  • HR Policies and Procedures
  • Compliance (EE, WSP/ATR)
  • Remuneration
  • Performance Management
  • Coaching and Mentoring
  • Career Counselling
  • Training and Development
  • General Business Consulting

The ideal candidate has:

  • An Honours degree in Human Resource Management or Industrial Psychology (minimum requirement)
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills / high emotional intelligence
  • Above average professional language skills (speaking, reading and writing – English and Afrikaans)
  • Excellent project management / organisational skills
  • Excellent presentation and facilitation skills
  • Very good computer skills (MS Office – especially MS Word)
  • Driver’s licence and own transport
