Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Pinelands Cape (Town Western Cape) for a Healthcare Cleaning Supervisor. The responsibilities of the role include supervising and managing cleaning teams to ensure efficient operations in a healthcare environment. Additional duties include monitoring compliance with health and safety standards, overseeing the quality of cleaning services, and maintaining communication with both staff and management to address challenges and implement solutions. The supervisor will promote a clean, safe, and hygienic environment in line with industry standards and client expectations. Qualifications Proven Supervisory Skills, with the ability to lead, motivate, and manage cleaning teams effectively Experience in Commercial Cleaning with a focus on maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in healthcare environments Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills for clear interaction with team members and stakeholders Knowledge of Health & Safety standards and regulations applicable to healthcare or cleaning services Ability to handle operational challenges and deliver quality outcomes efficiently Previous supervisory experience in a healthcare or similar facility is advantageous Relevant certifications in cleaning or health and safety practices are a plus As well as contactable references. #J-18808-Ljbffr
