Job Role – Project Consultant As a Project Consultant at Fusion Software, you’ll manage and deliver end-to-end software implementations for our clients. You’ll combine project management expertise with hands-on technical configuration and client relationship skills to ensure every solution is delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives. Key Responsibilities Project Management Plan, manage, and oversee the full implementation lifecycle from initiation to closure. Define project scope, deliverables, and timelines in collaboration with stakeholders. Maintain detailed project plans, track milestones, and manage risks proactively. Conduct project meetings and status updates with both clients and internal teams. Manage change requests, ensuring clear communication of impact on timelines and deliverables. Ensure proper documentation and project handover to support and account management teams. Client Onboarding and Configuration Lead client discovery and requirements-gathering sessions. Configure Fusion Software solutions to align with client workflows and strategic goals. Ensure data integrity and perform system validation before go-live. Support clients in defining KPIs and success metrics for system performance. Training and Support Deliver structured training programs for end-users and administrators. Develop and maintain training materials, process documentation, and user manuals. Provide post-implementation support and ensure smooth adoption of the solution. Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with development, QA, and support teams to resolve issues quickly. Communicate effectively with all stakeholders to maintain transparency and accountability. Identify opportunities for process improvement and feedback to the product team. Skills and Qualifications Project management expertise : Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines using tools such as MS Project, Jira, or Trello. Technical acumen : Strong understanding of software configuration, data mapping, and system testing. Analytical thinking : Ability to translate client business needs into effective technical solutions. Stakeholder management : Skilled at facilitating meetings, managing expectations, and maintaining client trust. Excellent communication : Confident presenter and clear communicator, both written and verbal. Experience : 3–5 years in software implementation, business analysis, or project coordination. Qualifications : A diploma or degree in IT, Business Management, or related field; project management certification (CAPM, PMP, or Prince2) is advantageous. Why Join Fusion Software?
