We’re growing our climate change team and we’re looking for an experienced, enthusiastic and self‑motivated person to take up the role of an associate climate change director. Role responsibilities: Managing large climate change projects and clients Selling climate change and sustainability services, and business development Supporting the Director to grow the climate change team and mentor junior consultants Technical leadership Minimum requirements: Minimum of 8 years’ experience in a consulting firm Experience in management of large projects Bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering, development finance, environmental management or equivalent (master’s degree or PhD will be an added advantage) Technical competency in two of the following areas: climate change adaptation, climate resilience, climate risk and vulnerability, climate finance, climate policy or ESG Experience in selling sustainability services, business development and client management.
