This position reports to the Head of Sales & Account Managers for Mr D. Responsibilities Cultivating and managing long term partnerships with key national restaurant brands Increasing business revenue from existing accounts by consulting with national partners and developing partner strategies. This will range from the optimisation of menus, to marketing collaborations. Implement strategies to drive profitability through pricing, commercial mix and partner utilisation of the Mr D Food Partner Advertising Program Provide national partners with weekly and monthly performance reports Coordinate selling efforts across the team to execute large scale onboarding of national partners Working cross-functionally within the business to optimise partnerships, leading all aspects internally and externally Monitor and analyse the performance of national partner-specific KPIs, preparing and presenting partner performance review meetings to the Mr D Food business Ensure national partners are kept accountable on all aspects of service delivery to Mr D Food customers by ensuring we always focus on continuous restaurant operational performance Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits while ensuring client satisfaction Collaborate with the marketing team to develop new sales strategies and advertising packages Attributes required Key Account or Account Management experience Strong knowledge of the restaurant industry Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities Highly analytical A love for winning Enthusiasm for being a part of an entrepreneurial, start-up environment Ability to collaborate effectively with team members within the organisation Ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment Ability to create and deliver client-focused solutions based on customer needs Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail Proven track record of exceeding targets Qualifications Proven track record of hitting goals and targets Competence in Excel Minimum 2 years account or key account management experience Bachelor\'s Degree or relevant other tertiary qualification Life @ Mr D The power is in your hands : We offer a market-related, Total Remuneration Package which allows full flexibility according to your needs.
