Role Description This is a full‑time, on‑site Optometrist role located in Port Elizabeth. As an Optometrist at Neovision Optometry, you will perform comprehensive eye exams, diagnose and treat eye‑related conditions, and recommend appropriate treatments including vision correction options. You'll provide personalized patient education on eye care and collaborate with a team to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Additionally, you'll keep detailed patient records and stay informed about advancements in optometry to deliver high‑quality care. Qualifications Expertise in performing comprehensive eye exams and diagnosing and managing eye‑related health conditions. Knowledge of prescribing eyeglasses, contact lenses, and other vision correction solutions. Strong interpersonal communication skills to provide excellent patient care and educate patients on eye health. Proficiency in maintaining detailed and accurate patient records and utilizing modern optometry technologies. Ability to work collaboratively with a team to deliver coordinated and efficient patient care. B.Optom degree from an accredited optometry program and valid licensure to practice optometry in the country.
