Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and optimise a scalable, cost-efficient warehouse distribution network.
  • Develop financial models and cost optimisation strategies to streamline operations.
  • Leverage data analytics and forecasting to improve budget planning and decision-making.
  • Lead modernisation and digital transformation projects in warehouse and distribution operations.
  • Oversee distribution cost modelling, scenario planning, and risk assessment.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to implement cutting-edge logistics best practices.
  • Manage and develop a high-performing team of analysts to drive strategic initiatives.
Minimum Requirements:
  • Bachelors Degree in Finance, Actuarial Science, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.
  • 10-15 years of experience in warehouse network design and supply chain optimisation.
  • Strong financial and actuarial expertise with proven success in cost modelling and forecasting.
  • Minimum of five years in a senior leadership role driving warehouse and distribution strategy.
  • Experience with automation, ERP systems, and modern warehouse technologies.
  • A results-driven mindset with the ambition to progress into an executive-level role.
