Physical Therapist – KORT (Georgetown, IN) Position: Physical Therapist – Outpatient – KORT Location: 1050 Copperfield Drive, Georgetown, IN 47122 Schedule: Monday – Friday (no weekends) Compensation: Starting at $68,000 annual base; commensurate with experience. Completion and maintenance of all corporate and clinical services required training and compliance with state/local/federal regulations. Evaluation, treatment, direct, and documentation of patient treatment. Maintain open and respectful communication with colleagues, physicians, patients, family members, and third‑party payors. Attendance/participation in center meetings as directed by the center manager. Minimum Qualifications Graduate from an American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) accredited PT school. Outpatient experience in the last 5 years if practicing clinician. Outpatient clinical rotation if a current student. Valid State Physical Therapist License. CPR certification. #J-18808-Ljbffr
