You’ll manage content development, implement modern workflows, and champion innovative practices, including AI-enabled solutions, to improve speed, quality, and scalability.**Responsibilities:*** **Deliver quality content:** Ensure timely, accurate, and relevant content that meets business goals and customer needs.* **Manage resources:** Oversee budgets and enforce best practices for quality and efficiency.* **Lead and develop the team:** Recruit, coach, and support team members; foster an inclusive and growth-oriented environment.* **Drive innovation:** Promote AI-assisted content creation and standardize workflows for future-ready products.* **Use data for improvement:** Monitor performance metrics and apply insights to enhance processes.* **Collaborate across teams:** Work with editors, operations, product, and technology teams to unlock new opportunities and improve customer experience.* **Model the culture:** Encourage learning, clear decision-making, and accountability**Experience*** Law degree (LLB/JD or equivalent).* Editorial or content development experience in publishing, media, or legal fields.* Leadership experience (3+ years preferred) with a focus on coaching and team development.* Strong organizational and process-management abilities.* Comfortable using data to inform decisions; proficiency in Excel.* Collaborative mindset and ability to influence in a matrixed environment.* Experience with content management systems, XML, vendor management, and AI tools in editorial workflows (preferred).**Work in a way that works for you:**We promote a healthy work/life balance across the organisation.
