Position Overview Industry: FMCG & Supply ManagementJob category: Other: FMCG, Retail, Wholesale and Supply ChainLocation: RoodepoortContract: PermanentEE position: Yes About Our Company Clicks Group Introduction We are seeking to appoint a Key Accounts Coordinator III (Link) – Inland to support all Inland Link and independent pharmacy customers where necessary. The candidate will report to the Key Account Manager. Job Purpose To provide support to the national and key account managers, by coordinating and organising all critical functions linked to the service level agreements within the Link channel, in line with the UPD strategic and Group objectives. Key Responsibilities Efficiently offer support to the Key Account team, communicate and correspond with key stakeholders, and deliver any other relevant tasks as required, in a professional manner. Assist in managing inventory levels by compiling daily stock reports. Manage, resolve and provide feedback on day‑to‑day customer and client care queries on time using identified business tools/email (collection, delivery and non‑delivery issues). Liaise, coordinate and follow up on special customer deliveries. Generate, compile and distribute reports and statistics when required. Liaise with customers on orders, and create and circulate the information to the relevant departments. Proactively identify areas within UPD where process efficiencies can be improved and provide solutions to consistently reduce costs. Manage day‑to‑day ad‑hoc requests from customers (including invoices, PODs). Compile KPI reports in conjunction with the Key Account Manager. Commuting to customers. Skills Communication skills (verbal and written) Presentation skills Relating and networking skills Analytical skills Planning and organising (prioritisation skills) Problem solving skills Customer service management in MS Office Advanced Excel and analytical skill Knowledge Knowledge of service excellence and customer principles Knowledge and understanding of the industry (pharmaceutical / healthcare desirable) Knowledge of SAP IT systems Personal Competencies Report writing Delivering results and meeting customer expectations Following instructions and procedures Analysing Presenting and communicating information Adhering to principles and values Planning and organising Ability to work under pressure and respond to requests timeously Minimum Requirements Education & Qualification Matric Post‑matric certificate/qualification in administration/customer care (desirable) Nursing experience would be advantageous (hospital key accounts coordinator) NB: Must have own reliable transport and valid driver’s licence Job Related Experience 2 – 3 years’ experience in areas of customer care, preferably with some experience in pharmaceutical/retail/healthcare. 2 – 3 years’ experience in visiting customers face to face N.B.
