You'll be at the heart of a fast-moving, high-performance environment where precision, personality and persuasion matter. What You'll Be Doing Managing job ads on LinkedInoptimising spend, ensuring ads run effectively and attracting relevant talent. Skimming CVsusing The Sales People's hiring criteria to shortlist the best profiles quickly and accurately. Leading first-round screening callsto assess motivation, fit and communication quality. Managing candidate communicationsensuring every candidate has a smooth and professional experience. Handing over shortlisted candidatesto our internal team for the skills tests and final evaluation — we'll handle the later stages of the process. We're Looking for Someone Who Has 2–3 years of experience in sales recruitment or sales talent acquisition, ideally in fast-paced or client-facing environments. Is a confident communicatorarticulate, warm, and capable of making candidates feel comfortable and excited. Has closing experiencecan pitch roles persuasively and isn't afraid to pick up the phone to get candidates booked in. Is organised and proactive, able to manage multiple hiring processes and follow up consistently. Represents The Sales People's brandwell - as the first touchpoint for many of our candidates, you'll be the voice and face of our business.
