Preschool Principal

Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Preschool Principal located in Johannesburg. The Preschool Principal will oversee the daily operations of the preschool, including supervising teaching staff, implementing educational programs, and ensuring compliance with all regulations and safety standards. Responsibilities also include fostering a nurturing and inclusive learning environment, building positive relationships with families, and managing administrative tasks such as budgets and enrollment. Qualifications Strong leadership, team management, and organizational skills Experience in early childhood education, curriculum planning, and teaching Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to engage with staff, children, and parents Knowledge of regulatory compliance, safety standards, and administrative management Degree in Education or a related field; postgraduate qualifications in Education Administration or Early Childhood Education are an advantage Passion for fostering a supportive and creative educational environment for young learners #J-18808-Ljbffr
