Introduction We are seeking an enthusiastic and outgoing Brand Ambassador to represent our brand and help us build strong relationships with customers and the community. The ideal candidate will embody our brand values, engage with potential customers, and promote our products / services through various channels. Duties & Responsibilities Visit customers daily per call cycle Generate additional sales for products through targeting of potential outlets within assigned zone Communicate each product's brand message to retailers and consumers Assist appointed agents and sales personnel and generate leads or new business Work with agent sales personnel to fill distribution gaps Develop and strengthen Key Accounts Relationships via dedicated Key Accounts Manager Support Sales efforts through in store branding, effective merchandising and scheduling of sampling activations Call on a minimum of 15 outlets per day, 75 per week, per month Distribute POS as required at store level to reinforce brand loyalty Responsibly care for the brand program and material and assets of Cap Trading Ensure that all Company Owned branded coolers are checked and audited on a monthly basis Maintain the brand appearance and wear allocated apparel Schedule ride-withs with agents' sales teams and management Ensure professionalism, excellent communication and proactive interactions with customers Provide exceptional trade feedback to Management Desired Experience & Qualification Retail sales experience (FMCG) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong social media presence and familiarity with platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook Passion for the brand and its mission Ability to work independently and as part of a team Previous experience in marketing, sales, or customer service is a plus Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and travel as needed Preferred Qualifications: Degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, or a related field Experience in event planning or public speaking Creative mindset with a knack for storytelling and content creation Package & Remuneration Salary : R p / m Car Allowance : R Fuel : R Cellphone : R #J-18808-Ljbffr
