In‑depth knowledge of the retail product life cycle, merchandise buying principles and critical path. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages. RMS and PLM experience is a plus. Competencies Passion for technical product and the outdoor lifestyle. Ability to adapt trends to different target markets. Strong negotiation and strategic thinking skills. Ability to make sound decisions and solve problems. Strong trader mentality. Effective communication and presentation skills. Solid organization, planning, and time‑management skills.
