What you will be doing Agree, prioritise, and manage work deliverables and plans. Handle substantial portfolio and market data daily. Retrieve, validate, reconcile, and analyse data for regular and periodic reports. Interrogate, interpret, and analyse data to produce client reports and advisory insights. Safeguard the integrity of sensitive client data and manually verify statistics. Review reports from fellow analysts and address report queries when needed. Provide ad hoc analyses, suggestions, and support. Contribute ideas for technical solutions and process improvements. Participate in quality management processes and identify inefficiencies. Set and pursue career objectives, annual goals, and engage in knowledge sharing. Actively participate in organisational discussions, events, and innovation. Perform ad hoc analyses as required. What our client is looking for Holds an undergraduate degree, preferably in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science or finance. Honours degree is preferable. Shows interest in pursuing CFA, FRM, or CAIA charter. 1–2 years of relevant experience. Demonstrates attention to detail and sensitive client data integrity. Manages large volumes of portfolio and market data. Understands portfolio and instrument‑level information. Quick learner with interest in financial services and industry trends. Possesses strong analytical skills and good time management. Exposure to or experience with Excel, SQL and Power BI would be beneficial. Able to handle pressure, meet deadlines, and work independently. Communicates clearly and politely with clients, both verbally and in writing. Exhibits initiative, proactive problem‑solving, and teamwork. Willing to dedicate extra hours when needed to meet deadlines.
