Role and Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain platform solutions using NodeJS (TypeScript/JavaScript) for backend development and React for frontend development.
- Leverage NoSQL databases such as MongoDB and Redis for efficient data management.
- Review code, provide technical guidance, and ensure adherence to quality and delivery standards.
- Actively participate in Agile ceremonies, contributing to planning, monitoring, and communication processes.
- Mentor and support fellow developers, contributing to their growth and development within the team.

Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in IT or relevant field.
- Minimum 6+ years of IT experience.
- Minimum 4 years of TypeScript/JavaScript experience.
- Minimum 2 years of experience with frontend frameworks such as React.
- Proficiency in Docker, Git, and Agile methodologies.

Advantageous Skills:
- Experience with AWS, EKS.
- Familiarity with Jest testing framework, micro frontend frameworks, trunk-based development, and GraphQL.
