  • Quality Control:
    • Ensure constant adherence to quality as well as to identify and report quality concerns
    • with regards to installations and workmanship.
  • Customer Care:
    • Liaising with clients on site in a professional manner.
    • Conduct yourself in a manner that represents the company ethos.
  • Technical Support:
    • Excellent knowledge of hardware diagrams and understanding of automotive electronics
    • Be able to make changes in the field based on requirements
  • Administrative duties
    • Complete Job cards in detail and close it in a timely fashion.
    • Communicate with coordinating team on updates, challenges.
Requirements:
  • Matric certificate.
  • National technical certificate in Automotive Electronics/Motor Mechanic would be advantageous.
  • Must have knowledge of vehicle electrical systems.
  • Must have a minimum of 3 years experience in installations with regards to vehicle tracking and fleet management products in various vehicle and asset types.
  • No criminal record.
  • Medically fit as you will be required to travel and work in the mining industry.
  • Must be prepared to work after hours and weekends.
  • Must have valid drivers licence.
  • Computer literate
