Clothing and apparel company is seeking a suitable candidate for a sportswear Merchandiser role, based in Durban. Duties/Rsponsibilities Sourcing of fabric, products and trims Garment construction knowledge Sales orientated and driven Supplier network Must be interested and have knowledge of sports and sportswear Product development Fabric knowledge Research product, store visits and do competitive and comparative costings. Works well independently and in a team Conflict management Managing staff Education/background Diploma/Degree a requirement Excellent computer skills in particular Excel and Sync Minimum 5 years in a similar role 27 years or older
