Role Overview We are looking for a skilled and driven Field Service Engineer with a minimum of 3 years field experience and a strong foundation in AV systems, control technologies, and audio processing. This role is pivotal to our mission of delivering exceptional technical support and reliable on-site service to our clients. Ideal Candidate Responding to customer incidents and service requests Performing routine and preventative maintenance Troubleshooting and resolving issues related to audio-visual, control, and communication systems Strong understanding of AV signal flow, control protocols, and audio DSP Experience with Crestron, Q-SYS, Extron, Biamp, and other AV systems Excellent problem-solving and communication skills Willingness to travel and work in dynamic environments Requirements General AV Avixa AV Recognised Technologist Control Systems Biamp Tesira: AV Processing and Distribution – Software Programming Level 01 & 02 Microsoft MS Key Responsibilities Perform diagnostics and resolve technical issues onsite.
