Role details Business Development Representative Work Hours: Monday to Friday - 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM EST Pay Range: $1500 - $2,000 USD/month + lucrative commission structureLocation: South Africa, Remote Company overview This company specializes in delivering high-quality leads and marketing solutions for service-based businesses. Operating fully remotely, the team supports clients by generating leads, managing sales processes, and ensuring seamless client experiences. Key responsibilities Conduct strategy sessions with qualified leads to close deals effectively. Prepare for strategy sessions by understanding client needs, business context, and relevant marketing insights. Proactively assist with outbound lead generation to identify new opportunities. Collaborate closely with the Appointment Setter to maximize conversion from discovery calls to closed deals. Maintain professionalism, strong communication, and client-facing presentation during virtual meetings and calls. Work alongside account managers who handle onboarding and ongoing client relationship maintenance. Minimum requirements Language Requirement: Excellent English communication skills Education: Bachelor’s Degree (preferred) Experience: Proven track record in closing deals; sales or business development experience preferred Highly proactive, motivated, and capable of working collaboratively with the team Resilient, client-focused, and results-oriented This role offers high earning potential for candidates with a strong sales mindset and the drive to close deals.
