They are now looking for a Service Coordinator to assist the Managing Director with client service tasks. In this role, you will help review, dispatch, and invoice completed jobs, while managing customer email communication and ensuring all service activities run efficiently and accurately. This is a remote position open to those living anywhere in South Africa. Duties & Responsibilities Review completed jobs and dispatch them accordingly. Invoice jobs accurately and promptly. Respond to customer emails with professionalism and clarity. Support the MD with client service coordination as required. Ensure jobs are dispatched correctly and handled within expected timelines. Skills, Experience & Requirements Prior customer service experience preferred, but not essential. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Sharp, switched-on, and resilient approach to tasks. Ability to manage workload independently during UK morning hours. Comfortable working in a fast-paced service environment. Equipment Requirements Laptop with minimum Intel i5 and 8GB RAM.
