Working Hours: 07:3016:00 or 08:0016:30 About The Role We are looking for a highly motivated and detail‑oriented Software Implementation Consultant to join the Konsise team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the end‑to‑end implementation of Konsise's Tax Management software for clients across diverse industries. From requirements gathering and system configuration to user training and post‑go‑live support, you will ensure smooth deployment and long‑term client success. This position has two core purposes: Customer Success: Delivering successful software implementations of the Konsise suite, ensuring clients gain maximum value from our solutions. Product Development: Support collaborating closely with our Product and Development teams to test new features, contribute client insights, and support integrations with other systems. Key Responsibilities Lead implementations of Konsise's Tax Management software across multiple client environments. Facilitate client workshops to capture and document business and tax requirements. Configure the software to align with client‑specific processes. Perform data mapping, imports, and validation with accuracy and attention to detail. Support clients throughout the implementation lifecycle, ensuring timely and high‑quality delivery. Act as the primary client contact during implementations, providing expert guidance and best‑practice advice. Build trust and confidence by delivering clear communication, documentation, and training. Ensure seamless onboarding and adoption of Konsise products. Identify and elevate risks or issues that may impact project success. Partner with internal teams to ensure client expectations are managed and met. Participate in product testing, feedback, and workshops to enhance Konsise's product offerings. Skills & Competencies Technical Skills Solid background in accounting, taxation, or company secretarial functions. Strong technology orientation and ability to learn new systems quickly. Advanced MS Excel skills; data analytics experience advantageous. Prior experience with accounting/tax software implementations desirable. Exposure to audit, accounting, or tax software such as SAP, Syspro, OneSource, CaseWare, or CloudTax. Behavioural Skills Strong work ethic, ownership, and accountability. Organised with excellent time‑management and prioritisation skills. Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities. High attention to detail and passion for accuracy. Ability to perform under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Team‑oriented, collaborative, and proactive. Strong client relationship‑building and stakeholder management capabilities. Innovative mindset with a desire for continuous learning. Qualifications & Experience Bachelor of Commerce degree in Accounting or Financial Management (or equivalent). Honours in Taxation (advantageous). Minimum of 1 year experience in accounting, tax, or company secretarial functions (graduates with tax/accounting focus will be considered). Consulting experience with large corporate clients beneficial. Proficiency in MS Office.
