Estimator – Vehicle Repairs Location: Blackheath, Kuils Rivier, Cape Town Salary: Market Related Esani Body Shop, a trusted name in vehicle repair, is looking for a motivated and skilled Estimator to join their team from January 2026 . The role requires strong experience in vehicle damage assessment, quotation preparation, and client interaction in a fast-paced repair environment. Key Responsibilities Conduct detailed assessments of vehicle damage. Compile accurate repair quotations for parts and labour. Investigate accident claims and verify vehicle damage. Liaise with clients, assessors, service providers, and brokers. Maintain and upload all documentation and supporting images. Process authorisations and final costings. Help ensure customer satisfaction targets are met. Minimum Requirements 5–10 years’ experience in the motor industry, claims, or panel beating environment. Audatex and Abuntex training. Strong knowledge of commercial and passenger vehicle body repair. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to work under pressure and manage expectations. Must be based in Cape Town. Ideal Candidate Detail-oriented and career-driven. Comfortable in customer-facing situations.
