Drive sales and stock management to maximize business profitability

Effective engagement with planners

Launch promotions in line with trading notes and merchandising principles (trading notes and planograms) for a complete customer shopping experience.

Ensure exceptional customer service at all touch points

Drive replenishment to ensure availability

Ensure efficient shop-keeping and house-keeping disciplines

Manage customer interactions, complaints and requests

Analyse reports and trends and implement action plans

Interpret information and formulate and implement action plans

Manage equipment and the end-to-end stock movement processes in the store

Engage with the Distribution Centre regarding stock-related issues

Ensure stock accuracy through counts processes and inventory adjustments
