Junior Business Analyst Reports to: Senior Business Analyst or Business Analysis Manager Location: Remote Job Type: Full-time Key Responsibilities Elicit and Document Business Requirements : Work with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyse business requirements. Analyse Data and Processes : Analyse data and business processes to identify areas for improvement. Develop Business Cases : Assist in developing business cases to support proposed changes or initiatives. Create and Maintain Documentation : Develop and maintain business analysis documentation, including requirements documents, use cases, and business process diagrams. Support Stakeholder Engagement : Assist in stakeholder engagement, including communication, training, and support. Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams : Work with cross-functional teams, including IT, operations, and finance, to support business initiatives. Stay Up-to-Date with Industry Trends : Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies. Requirements Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field. Experience: 0-2 years of experience in business analysis or related field. Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks. Strong business acumen and understanding of business operations. Familiarity with business analysis tools and techniques, such as use cases, business process modeling, and requirements gathering. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Certifications: FTI Business Analysis certification, such as CBAP or CCBA, is advantageous.
