Commercial Property Valuations Portfolio Head page is loaded## Commercial Property Valuations Portfolio Headlocations: Johannesburgtime type: Full timeposted on: Posted Todaytime left to apply: End Date: December 7, 2025 (9 days left to apply)job requisition id: R43334# **Job Description**To define the valuations strategy for the assigned valuations portfolio, provide input into the valuations policy, check the quality of valuations and manage liaisons with internal and external stakeholders.Job Description:* Ensure optimized customer experience and service throughout the value chain.* Provide input an adequate panel of valuers and technical advisors and attend relevant forums to advise on property related risks.* Place market value on properties and check and sign off on valuations as and when required.* Keep abreast of market trends and serve as a subject matter expert and provide guidance and advise to relevant stakeholders.* Manage team or teams in areas of responsibility in delivery against performance targets and achievement of wider human capital objectives.* Identify and encourage participation in activities that are appropriate for own and employee development in area of responsibility.* Ensure development and continuous value add improvement to operational processes.* Deploys integrated risk management, governance and compliance frameworks throughout area of responsibility.* Analyse information and reports to identify trends, discrepancies and inconsistencies for decision making purposes.* Develop tactical strategy and delivery plans in support of functional strategic objectives in partnership with leadership.* Apply a customer-centric approach to ensure customer satisfaction.* Draw up a budget aligned to tactical delivery plans to facilitate the provision of adequate financial resources* Establish mutually beneficial relationships with stakeholders that support thought leadership, innovative and integrated practice solutions.Additional requirements:* Qualification: BCom Honors in Property Studies/Real Estate/Property Valuation* Master's degree would be an added advantage* Registration with SACPVP as Professional Valuer or Professional Associate Valuer* 10 years' experience with at least 3 years in a management role.#Post #FNB #LI-LM1# # ****Job Details****# **Take note that applications will not be accepted on the below date and onwards, kindly submit applications ahead of the closing date indicated below.**07/12/25All appointments will be made in line with FirstRand Group’s Employment Equity plan.
