If you are passionate about driving change and innovation in a finance environment, we invite you to applyResponsibilities Work closely with finance and treasury teams to gather, document, and prioritize business requirements for various initiatives Analyze existing finance processes and systems to identify inefficiencies and recommend enhancements Develop and maintain detailed documentation, including business requirements, functional specifications, and process flows Collaborate with IT teams to ensure the successful implementation of finance solutions and enhancements Support the development of financial models, forecasts, and reporting tools to streamline decision-making processes Provide guidance and support for finance-related projects, including system upgrades and process reengineering Stay current with industry regulations, best practices, and financial trends to recommend improvements to treasury operations RequirementsBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or relevant certifications are a plus 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Finance Analyst, with a focus on treasury operations and financial management Strong understanding of financial concepts, cash management, and regulatory requirements Proficient in data analysis and visualization tools, with advanced Excel skills Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail Exceptional communication skills, enabling effective collaboration across various teams Experience with financial software systems and familiarity with Agile methodologies is preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr
