Responsibilities:
  • Transform data into actionable insights
  • Develop & enhance : Create and refine Power BI dashboards and reports that meet our business needs.
  • Collaborate: Work with various teams to understand their data requirements, translate them into technical solutions, and deliver valuable insights.
  • Model & process: Design and manage data models and ETL processes to ensure data integrity.
  • Analyze: Explore data, identify trends, and provide actionable recommendations for decision-making.
  • Optimize: Improve performance of Power BI reports and data models, and troubleshoot issues.
  • Stay current: Keep up with the latest trends in business intelligence and data visualization.
  • Learn & adapt : Be open to expanding your skills with other Microsoft tools like Power Automate and AI automation.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years working with Power BI, including dashboard design, data modelling, and DAX expressions.
  • Skills: Strong SQL proficiency and understanding of data warehousing concepts.
  • Communication: Ability to clearly explain complex data and work effectively with others.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Requirements Gathering: Experience in translating business needs into technical solutions.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Certifications: Relevant Power BI or related tech certifications.
  • Additional Tools: Experience with other BI tools like Tableau or Qlik is a plus.
