Description: Drive the growth of the business in partnership with Private Advisors by delivering on strategy, project‑managing various business development activities and initiatives, and ensuring delivery of the portfolio’s key objectives. Critical outputs of the role include identifying leads, supporting campaigns, and building relationships within assigned regions. Responsibilities Provide first line support on escalations that are outside of turnaround time. Manage all segment leadership requests. Report on all challenges within regions and manage expectations. Manage the full engagement process from submission of quote to completion. Proactively support lead usage, assisting with seeking opportunities through adviser tools. Drive campaign management in the region on all newly launched campaigns, launch, track, and keep momentum going. Track and contribute to the attainment of the monthly budget, reporting on progress, and deriving strategies to close gaps in achieving targets. Analyse and develop an implementation plan against the forecasted financial budget. Develop a tactical budget for the area of responsibility that minimizes expenditure and manages costs. Build relationships that allow for managing expectations, sharing knowledge and diverse insights, and creating buy‑in. Contribute to sustaining a competitive edge through upskilling and coaching frontline advisors on how to effectively upsell clients. Develop and implement practices that build service delivery excellence and implement efficiency models. Model and coach behaviors that build rewarding relationships, encourage innovation, and allow others to provide exceptional customer service. Maintain expert knowledge on relevant legislative amendments, industry best practices, and provide advice to relevant stakeholders. Provide input into, and implement, corporate governance, compliance, integrity and ethics policies to identify and manage risk exposure. Participate in relevant management forums and cascade relevant information through the team. Identify opportunities across the business by grouping similar projects to enable the re‑use of similar enterprise capabilities, improving efficiencies and managing duplication. Qualifications BCom Degree or related qualification. Investment and Long‑Term Insurance experience. 3‑5 years in a Broker Consultant role. CFP would be preferable. Experience working on a platform such as LISP (Linked Investment Service Provider). Benefits & Opportunities Opportunities to network and collaborate.
