Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain the annual budget for all departments within the organization.

• Monitor and analyze budget performance on a regular basis, identifying any variances and taking corrective actions as needed.

• Partner with department heads to understand their budgetary needs and assist them in creating effective budget plans.

• Provide financial guidance and support to management in making strategic decisions related to budget management.

• Develop and maintain financial forecasting and planning models to aid in decision-making processes.

• Ensure all budgeting activities comply with company policies and procedures.

• Oversee the preparation of budget-related reports for executive-level review.

• Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate and timely reporting of financial information.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in budget management, preferably in a leadership role.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Strong organization and time-management abilities.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other financial software.
