Due to new business wins, we are seeking an exceptional research and resourcing professional to work alongside Founder, Martin Wigfield. This position is for 3 days a week working remotely in Cape Town, earning between 15,000-18,000 RND per month for those days (which is 25,000-30,000 RND if the position was to be full time). There is potential to earn bonus over the course of the year also totalling 11,000-12,000 RND. You’ll do well here if you are: Intelligent and quick to understand new information Organised and naturally structured Comfortable working independently Calm, steady and reliable Curious about how markets and roles fit together Someone who takes pride in doing things properly Experience matters too: 3–6 years in sourcing, research or delivery roles Comfortable using ATS/CRM systems (Bullhorn is a bonus) Confident using tools like ChatGPT for drafting and research Exposure to senior or specialist hiring is helpful To Recap: Based in Cape Town Three days a week, ideally split across the week 12 days paid leave plus SA public holidays Part time salary around 15,000–18,000 ZAR per month, including bonus potential If this sounds like the kind of work you care about, we’d love to hear from you. #J-18808-Ljbffr
