We are seeking motivated and freshly graduated matriculants to join our team as Junior Frontliners in Benoni. As a Junior Frontliner, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring a seamless experience for our valued clients.
Responsibilities:
* Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
* Manage appointment scheduling and reminders.
* Handle basic inquiries and provide information about our optometry services.
* Maintain a neat and organized front desk area.
* Collaborate with the optometry team to ensure efficient workflow.
Qualifications:
* Recent matriculants are encouraged to apply.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
* Basic computer skills.
* Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
* Comprehensive training will be provided.
Requirements:
* Must be a team player with a positive attitude.
* Punctuality and reliability are essential.
* Balanced trading hours:
o Monday to Thursday: 09:00 to 18:00
o Fridays: 08:00 to 18:00
o Saturdays: 08:00 to 16:00
* No job hoppers
