The successful candidate will ensure compliance with ISO, OEM, and customer standards, drive continuous improvement, and oversee a high-performing team to deliver exceptional product quality. This role is ideal for someone with extensive automotive experience, strong leadership skills, and a passion for excellence in manufacturing processes. Key Requirements: B-Tech in Quality Management or equivalent 5+ years as a Quality Department Manager in automotive manufacturing 10+ years in the automotive industry (German car-building experience preferred) Knowledge of ISO, IATF, Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and core quality tools Experience with press tools or assembly processes Understanding of automotive quality aspects (geometry, surface quality, structural integrity) Key Skills: Leadership, quality management, root cause analysis, continuous improvement, auditing, customer focus, collaboration, Six Sigma, data analysis (Power BI/SAP R3), adaptability #J-18808-Ljbffr
