Clinical Lead – Pain As our Clinical Lead – Pain, you’ll combine hands‑on clinical work with strategic leadership in shaping service delivery, mentoring a high‑performing team, and driving best‑practice care for clients navigating complex pain journeys. You’ll form part of the regional Senior Leadership Team, working alongside the Team Lead and Regional Manager to champion excellence, uphold our values, and foster a strong, positive team culture. Main Responsibilities Collaborate with the Pain Service Lead, other Clinical Leads across the country, and the Regional Manager to ensure delivery of a high quality and efficient Pain Management Service Provide clinical support and mentoring for the region's multidisciplinary team, including physiotherapists, occupational therapists, psychologists, dieticians, and social worker Deliver memorable customer experience with your knack in providing solutions for rehabilitation services Manage a clinical caseload while ensuring high-quality and integrated service delivery Build positive relationships with all stakeholders Collaborate and deliver new projects and initiatives The Benefits Of Working With Us Annual budget set aside for professional development / study All efforts made to provide you with work / life balance that suits your needs Use of company car for client visits Permanent full‑time role with clear career progression Great team culture with regular social events, weekly treats, and award schemes Well‑being initiatives: annual eye exam, flu vaccination, access to EAP services The Ideal Candidate Bachelor of Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy or Psychology (or equivalent) Annual practising certification as a registered health professional Fluent communication skills – you will be collaborating with a whole team Five plus years’ experience in a clinical role – leadership skills a HUGE plus Experience specifically working in chronic pain rehabilitation and management ACC operational, medical and policy knowledge related to rehabilitation Must hold a valid driver's licence, as this role will require travel between the Wellington sites If you think you have the experience and can‑do attitude to make it even bigger with an organisation that rewards your worth, click APPLY.
