Mine Manager

Hire Resolves Client is urgently looking for a Mine Manager to be based at a mine in the North West Responsibilities Lead and manage metallurgical laboratory and logistics processes to ensure safe, efficient and high‑quality production. Strategic Mine Planning: Lead the development and execution of a 5‑year Mine Plan aligning infrastructure design and resources to achieve safe, productive and cost‑effective operations. Cost Management: Drive cost efficiency by analysing unit costs, implementing control systems and optimising productivity against fixed and variable costs. Continuous Improvement & Technology: Identify and implement improved methods and technologies to optimise production and eliminate inefficiencies. Legal Compliance: Ensure full compliance with MHSA Mining Charter, labour, environmental and safety legislation including responsibilities under Sections 3.1 and 7.2. Leadership & Collaboration: Inspire and lead cross‑functional teams while contributing to mine‑wide strategic planning and performance delivery.
