The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring efficient cashflow management, and supporting the property accounting function within the department. Key Responsibilities: • Maintain and update cashflow projections.• Provide support to other Property Accountants to ensure continuity in operations.• Assist with ad hoc accounting and administrative tasks as required. Candidate Requirements: • Bookkeeping qualification essential.• Accounting degree advantageous.• Minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience.• Working knowledge of MDA system advantageous.• Proficient in MS Office applications. Skills and Attributes: • Ability to work well under pressure in a deadline-driven environment.• Strong attention to detail and high degree of accuracy.• Analytical and methodical approach to problem-solving.• Team-oriented with good interpersonal and communication skills.
