Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and fine-tune AI models, including Large Language Models and conversational agents Build robust data pipelines for training, validating, and deploying AI models Optimise model performance and refine prompt strategies Integrate AI solutions into production systems with scalability and security in mind Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align AI development with business needs Design, develop, and maintain full stack applications that integrate with AI agents built in Copilot Studio. Build and optimize conversational flows, triggers, and actions using Copilot Studio and Power Automate. Integrate AI agents with external APIs, databases, and enterprise systems. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver intelligent, user-centric solutions. Stay current with AI trends and rapidly evolving platforms, continuously learning and applying new tools. Required Skills & Experience 3+ years of experience as a Full Stack Developer. Expert-level proficiency with Microsoft Copilot Studio and Power Automate. Strong experience with JavaScript / TypeScript, React, Node.js, or similar frameworks. Familiarity with Power Platform, Dataverse, and Azure services. Experience integrating RESTful APIs and working with webhooks. Solid understanding of conversational UX and AI agent design. Nice to Have: Experience with Google AgentSpace or similar conversational AI platforms. Nice to Have: Experience building and managing MCP servers. Nice to Have: Familiarity with n8n or other workflow automation tools. Nice to Have: Exposure to Microsoft , Teams, or Dynamics integrations. Nice to Have: Background in AI / ML, NLP, or chatbot development.
