Assist the Maintenance Manager with all tasks entrustedCoordinate maintenance staff and / or contractors to ensure Company property and Assets are kept in perfect working condition (Preventative Maintenance)Inform the Maintenance Manager on all problems that need his attention and all material needed for the different tasks.Report back to Maintenance Manager on all problem and work done by the contractorsManage maintenance team attendance according to Company PoliciesDelegate tasks to meet maintenance schedule and satisfy Company needsCarry out frequent inspections of the facility to identify and resolve maintenance issuesSupervising and managing maintenance staff effectiveness and quality of workPlan and distribute tasks receive from the Maintenance Manager, other Managers and personnel as well as tasks obtained from physical inspection of all the different departments and outside areas.Supervise help and inspect all work done by the maintenance team.Escort and supervise contractors on site as and when instructed by the Maintenance ManagerOversee all installations and repairs done by own staff and or external contractorsControl and monitor inventory of maintenance equipment / toolsContact and call out emergency contractors when needed when Maintenance Manager is not available. (On certain weekend and when he is on leave)Respond promptly to emergency calls for maintenance (includes after hours call out)On standby for emergencies and call outs on weekends when the Maintenance Manager is not availableAdherence to and manage good housekeeping practisesChecking of electrical (lights), plumbing, air-condition and other systems to ensure functionality.Ensure all contractors on site comply fully with the OHS Act requirementsMonitor all maintenance team leave. (Handing in of leave forms to Maintenance Manager)Complete overtime sheets and make sure it is hand in on time to Maintenance ManagerReport all disciplinary actions to the Maintenance ManagerJob Type : Full-timeWork Location : In person #J-18808-Ljbffr
