Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand‑ups, and retrospectives. Conduct thorough code reviews , mentor junior developers, and ensure adherence to best practices. Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and reliability. Stay current with emerging technologies and industry best practices to continuously improve the development process. Required Qualifications 5–8 years of professional experience in full‑stack development. Strong proficiency in front‑end technologies: HTML5 , CSS3 , and modern frameworks (React , Angular ). Solid experience in building and consuming RESTful APIs . Proficient in database technologies such as MongoDB , PostgreSQL , or MySQL . Experience with Git/GitHub for version control and collaborative development. Hands‑on experience with Docker and containerized application deployment. Excellent problem‑solving, debugging, and analytical skills. Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment. Preferred Qualifications Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud). Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and related tools. Familiarity with testing frameworks such as Jest , Mocha , or Cypress . Understanding of security best practices in web and API development.
