Purpose:

To manage and provide a HR support service across the business with a specific focus on resourcing & talent management, performance management, employee relations and all associated administration, in compliance with legislation and company policies and procedures.

Duties include:
  • Responsible for resourcing across the business (All locations and Business Units)
  • Management of succession planning and performance reviews
  • Effective management of employee relations and industrial relations
  • Departmental Support and Administration
  • Employee management and development
  • Health and Safety
Requirements:
  • Relevant Tertiary qualification essential
  • Min of 3 to 5 years experience in Human Resources
  • Proven experience in Resourcing and Employee Relations (IR)
  • Drivers License / own vehicle
  • Travel will be required to sites
  • Relocation will also be an option
