Purpose:To manage and provide a HR support service across the business with a specific focus on resourcing & talent management, performance management, employee relations and all associated administration, in compliance with legislation and company policies and procedures.
Duties include:
- Responsible for resourcing across the business (All locations and Business Units)
- Management of succession planning and performance reviews
- Effective management of employee relations and industrial relations
- Departmental Support and Administration
- Employee management and development
- Health and Safety
- Relevant Tertiary qualification essential
- Min of 3 to 5 years experience in Human Resources
- Proven experience in Resourcing and Employee Relations (IR)
- Drivers License / own vehicle
- Travel will be required to sites
- Relocation will also be an option
