Vendor Delivery Manager at Penta Consulting Penta Consulting are a technology resource solutions provider to leading OEMs across the EMEA region. We are currently searching for a UX Designer to join our client's team in Johannesburg. This role is offered as a 9 month extendable contract, and occasional travel to Sandton will be required. Candidate must have demonstrable experience in the design of consumer-facing native mobile apps. Experience in airline and e-commerce ecosystems will be a great advantage. Work is deeply embedded in the world of AI, native app patterns, technical systems, and complex design flows. Experience with working on large international brands is a must. Ability to work within design processes, high-feedback environments, and global quality expectations. Strong collaboration skills with tolerance for large-organisation. It will be hybrid delivery. Teams will be based locally with occasional travel to KSA alternated with the client travelling to South Africa. Responsible for the experience design of innovative and impactful digital products and services across all digital channels. Responsibilities Shaping the conceptual wireframes to deliver a world-class differentiated brand experience. Design wireframes and user flows for multiple MVPs, ensuring intuitive and user-friendly experiences. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design solutions meet business and technical requirements. Engage with client to align on design direction. Support usability testing and gather feedback to inform design decisions. Enable and coach teams on the practice of user experience design. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of brand, products, and services to ensure design consistency and coherence. Skills Strong understanding of human-centered design principles and design thinking. Excellent design skills, with a focus on experience design. Strong track record in user experience design of consumer-facing digital products. Excellent collaboration and communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in design tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite or similar. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think creatively and critically.
