What You Will Be Doing Design academic frameworks that convert learning science principles into actionable direction for curriculum development, student motivation systems, and digital application architecture. Conduct academic execution reviews with Heads of Academics to verify alignment, enforce accountability, and secure consistent delivery of results across schools. Integrate quantitative data, stakeholder interviews, and direct observation into comprehensive academic ecosystem assessments that identify high‑impact obstacles to accelerated learning and recommend concrete interventions. Ensure strategic coherence through rigorous planning, continuous feedback mechanisms, and milestone governance to sustain focus on learning outcomes. Serve as the principal external representative of 2 Hour Learning in high‑stakes venues, including keynote presentations and engagements with Ministries of Education, to influence systemic transformation in global education paradigms. Produce theoretical research disconnected from measurable student outcomes or operational implementation. Transfer accountability for results to mid‑level managers or external advisors. Depend on institutional reputation or conceptual arguments to convince skeptical audiences. Key Responsibilities Expand and strengthen 2 Hour Learning’s validated academic model by coordinating execution across multiple schools. Raise leadership performance standards and establish yourself as the authoritative public advocate for a movement anchored in rigorous science and demonstrated impact. Basic Requirements Advanced degree (Master’s or Ph.D.) in Learning Science, Educational Psychology, Instructional Design, or a related field. 7+ years leading academic or EdTech teams with evidence of exceptional learning outcomes. Proven experience applying AI or technology to accelerate learning. Track record of public thought leadership such as media, keynotes, books, or advising. Strong performance management skills with the ability to hold elite peers to a high bar. Fl in interpreting data to diagnose learning issues and direct interventions. Comfortable engaging directly with students, parents, and school leaders. Nice‑to‑have Requirements Founded or led an innovative school model, lab school, or high‑performing EdTech venture.
