Since 1944 AD Construction Group has established itself as a well-regarded refurbishment contractor providing building maintenance services within the public sector, predominantly to local authority housing associations. Working as a close-knit team the organisation has successfully proven time and time again its ability to be a serious competitor in the construction industry. This company carries out a complete range of decorating, building and repair work. They are looking to recruit experienced Multi-Trade Craftworkers who will be working on various contracts across London. Travelling will play a major part in the role as the job will involve covering many different sites in and around North/ East London , therefore driving is a must. They are looking for Operatives with experience in: Predominantly carpentry Render repairs Brick / concrete repairs Plastering Painting and decorating Repair care Pointing Roof line goods and rainwater goods replacement Driving License The ability to work under their own initiative and to the specification of works/contract instructions The ability to record all repairs effectively Good communications skills Previous experience in a similar role Additional Information:A DBS check will be required.
