We are looking for a Quantity Surveyor for our PMB based client.  This role is ideal for someone with strong analytical skills and a proactive approach to delivering successful projects.

Key responsibilities:

  • Prepare accurate cost estimates, budgets and tender documents
  • Conduct feasibility studies to assess project viability
  • Manage contracts, including negotiating terms and ensuring compliance
  • Perform regular cost analysis and provide financial advice throughout project lifecycle
  • Oversee procurement processes and manage supplier relationships
  • Monitor project progress and prepare valuation reports

Requirements:

  • Qualification in Quantity Surveying
  • Proven experience in construction or property development projects
  • Knowledge of building regulations, contract law and cost control methods
