Job Overview Support the planning and execution of e-Retailing sales and trade promotions under the guidance of the E-commerce Manager Assist in managing E-retailer and Gifting businesses through both direct and indirect operations Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Sales Planning, Marketing, SCM, Customer Care, and Logistics to help achieve sales targets Provide operational support for eCommerce and e-Retailer platforms, helping to ensure smooth day-to-day execution Main Responsibility E-commerce operation Support the end-to-end process of deal execution and coordination with e-Retailers Assist in executing sales activities to help achieve financial targets (Top & Bottom Line) Contribute to the development of merchandising plans and promotional calendars by platform Trade Promotion & Data Analysis Assist in planning and executing trade promotions for key customers Consolidate off-take data and provide basic analysis to identify key insights Support the development and localization of platform-specific promotional plans Demand & Forecast Support Assist in preparing monthly demand updates based on segment and SKU type Support the development of short- and long-term forecasts Help monitor forecast accuracy and contribute ideas for improvement Team Collaboration & Vendor Coordination Coordinate with e-commerce team members and external vendors for smooth operations Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment Proactively support team initiatives and process improvements Specific Job Experience or Skills Needed Prefer more than 3 years of experience in e-commerce Keen analytical skills Good English speaking & writing Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Competencies/Behaviors required for job Good interpersonal and communication skills Open-minded and proactive attitude 제너럴밀스코리아는 1991 년 ‘ 하겐다즈 ’ 아이스크림의 국내 판매를 시작으로 , 프리미엄 식품 시장에서 입지를 다져왔습니다 . 2023 년에는 대한민국 소비자신뢰 대표 브랜드 ( 프리미엄 아이스크림 부문 ) 대상을 수상했으며 , 대한민국 일하기 좋은 기업 (Great Place To Work Institute Ⓒ ) 으로 인증받았습니다 . 하겐다즈 , 네이처밸리 , 프룻 바이더 풋 , 그린 자이언트 , 시나몬 토스트 크런치 , 블루버팔로 등 다양한 브랜드를 보유하며 , 소비자에게 사랑받는 종합 식품 회사로 지속 성장하고 있습니다 .
